HOT TOPIC DISTRIBUTION CENTER is looking to hire Full-Time TEAM LEADS directly!

We want to talk! Our Team Leads are a huge support in each department, ensuring all associates are productive, working to the best of their ability, and are given all the tools to succeed. Team Leads also ensure that all safety and quality performance standards are being met. Communication is key in this role as you will be coaching your team, providing feedback, as well as staying in contact with the Supervisor on area workflow, as well as concerns or needs for your team.

SCHEDULES: ALL SHIFTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY OVERTIME AS NEEDED:
- Monday-Thursday 4:55am-3:25pm.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Previous experience in overseeing a function or workgroup.
- Flexible and adaptive to environmental changes, challenges, and job duties.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest and direct feedback, and have solid verbal and written communication.
- Meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately, cope well with change, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Is accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively, and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues.
